How-To-Body

In How-To-Body, the spectator steps into a dark, immersive installation where the boundary between self and "Nobody" blurs. In this space, the process of learning how to be a body unfolds. Projected onto the screen is *The Manual*, a text that instructs and guides, offering insights into the physical and existential experience of embodiment.

In one of the chairs sits "Nobody"—an unseen presence made tangible, sharing the space with the spectator. Through the shared education of how to become a body, Nobody moves closer to the spectator, no longer a void but a fellow learner. Both are granted equal importance, as the room reverberates with the sounds of instruction and movement, inviting the viewer to reflect on the act of becoming, not as a solitary experience, but as a shared journey between self and other, presence and absence.
